Public documents show that professional basketball star Jordan Clarkson’s business, JClarkson Enterprises LLC, purchased the Crescent Park residence. JClarkson Enterprises, LLC borrowed $3.78 million from City National Bank, although the exact acquisition price is unknown.

The three-story mansion, which was completed in 2008, is situated on a 1.12-acre lot and was advertised as having “large-scale” partying capacities.
