Lionel and Antonela were childhood friends and managed to keep their love story fairly private after they reconnected around 2005.
The lovebirds, who share sons Thiago, 11, Mateo, eight, and Ciro, five, didn’t tie the knot until 2017.
The football star previously spoke to FC Barcelona about what family means to him.
He gushed: ‘You grow and you learn. You gain experience in all aspects of life, on and off the field.
‘But as a human being, having three children changed my perspective on life, my way of thinking and also helped me grow.’
Lionel praised Antonela for having “many great qualities” and tackling “problems admirably.”
Antonela showed off her enviable abs in the all-black outfit as she and her husband, who were childhood friends before tying the knot in 2017, left the Miami restaurant.
Lionel was all smiles as he made his way through the crowd waiting outside the restaurant to catch a glimpse of the couple.
