The couple, who wed on Sept. 14, 2013, celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary on Wednesday, just one day after their new family photo shoot debuted for Vanity Fair’s October 2022 issue.

In an Instagram post, Savannah James captioned a photo of her and her husband, “9 years down(21), forever to go!! Cheers to us my love!!🥂Happy Anniversary!!💕#JamesGang.”

LeBron and Savannah got together in high school then decided to tie the knot and start a family years later. Their youngest, daughter Zhuri, was then born on Oct. 22, 2014.

The family of five posed for their first-ever magazine photo shoot as a family for Vanity Fair, which LeBron proudly shared on Instagram on Sept. 13 with a caption that read, “There’s King’s and Queen’s/Royalty in America as well and I hope I can be one of the ones who showcase that on a daily basis🤴🏾👸🏾🤴🏾🤴🏾👸🏾 James Gang at home!!! Love our family so damn much!!!!!!!”

Savannah also shared their photos in a post of her own captioned, “I’ve always known my family was dope, but seeing us in this light, blows my mind! 🤯 Representation is important🤎.”

In the story, Vanity Fair noted that Savannah wanted her family’s photo shoot to “reflect the bonds underlying the family’s influence” and “show the world their center of gravity.” She also briefly spoke on what the outlet described as the James family’s “quiet dynamic.” “Excuse my language,” she said, “but we a dope family.”
